For almost 300 years, Aspall Cyder has been crafted in Suffolk. In this pie it forms the heart of a gently simmered filling of tender chicken, fresh sage and sweet red onion, slowly cooked to develop a rich, aromatic sauce with a subtle orchard brightness.

Encased in our buttery shortcrust pastry and baked until crisp and golden, this pie balances savoury depth with the delicate fruit character of Aspall Cyder — a true taste of Suffolk tradition.
