Country Pies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a producer of handcrafted pies and pastries, made using locally sourced produce wherever possible. All products are baked to order to ensure the highest quality and freshness. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of products from our website and outline the rights and obligations of both parties.
2. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed through our website by creating a personal account. We accept card payments only. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed and must be successfully processed before the order is confirmed.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding allergens or ingredients, please contact us directly before placing your order.
4. Delivery & Shipping
We currently deliver to England, Wales, and mainland Scotland, excluding the following areas:
- Scottish Borders, Scottish remote and offshore locations
- Isle of Wight, Isle of Man
- Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark & Herm (Channel Islands)
- Northern Ireland
Please note: Additional charges apply to all Inner London postcodes due to the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).
Delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is made.
In the event of a failed delivery, we will either issue a full refund or arrange a re-delivery, depending on your preference and the circumstances.
5. Returns, Refunds & Complaints
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
If you have a complaint regarding your order, it must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, photographic evidence of the issue must be provided. We reserve the right to assess each complaint individually and offer a resolution accordingly.
6. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery and payment details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or losses caused by third-party delivery services, though we will assist in resolving any issues where possible.
