A warm welcome to our new website created to make ordering and enjoying “Country Pies at Home” a straightforward and enjoyable experience.

Back in the early 2000s both of were specialist catering butchers supplying some of the finest chefs and restaurants in London; during that period we learned a lot from chefs about the importance of using great ingredients, something we carried with us when Country Pies was developed.

Both of us knew we wanted a new challenge within the food industry and we wanted to create a product which everyone could enjoy.
It suddenly occurred to us that a true staple food which most people love is a good old fashioned wholesome British savoury pie.

And so it began…

Using local ingredients wherever possible everything homemade, our own short crust pastry, fillings cooked to a restaurant kitchen standard and all finished by hand in our kitchens at Churchford Farm here in Suffolk.

Our wholesale customer base is split between the hospitality sector and quality lead retail outlets locally but recently it has become evident that we should appeal to pie lovers much further a field.

Our commitment is to create a well made, well filled pie that people will thoroughly enjoy, in short a great eating experience which represents great value for money we want our customers to be happy and come back for more time and time again.
